About Syntra Technologies

Syntra Technologies was founded by Dale Gerdts, a 21-year U.S. Air Force veteran and senior federal IT executive with a career spanning program management, P&L ownership, and competitive capture across DoD, defense health, and civilian agency markets.

Dale holds a CISSP, PMP, and Shipley certification — and has spent the last two decades helping federal contractors build pipelines, win contracts, and deliver on their commitments. His work spans some of the most competitive programs in federal IT: NETCENTS-2, Alliant, EAGLE II, T4NG2, and dozens of agency-specific single-award contracts.
