Founder
Dale Gerdts
Dale founded Syntra after a career spanning program management, P&L ownership and competitive capture across DoW, defense health and civilian agency markets, including 21 years in the U.S. Air Force.
He has spent the last two decades helping federal contractors build pipelines, win contracts and deliver on their commitments, leading capture on vehicles including NETCENTS-2, Alliant 1 & 2, EAGLE II and T4NG2, plus dozens of agency-specific single-award contracts.
